You may delete your Ad Atelier account and all associated data at any time. This page describes how.
§ 01 — Self-Service Deletion
The fastest way to delete your data:
- Sign in to your account settings
- Scroll to the “Danger zone” section at the bottom
- Click “Delete my account”
- Type DELETE in the confirmation prompt and confirm
Account deletion is processed immediately. All data associated with your account is removed within 30 days, with the exceptions noted in § 03 below.
§ 02 — Email Request
If you cannot access your account, request deletion by email.
Send a message to adatelierapp@gmail.com with the subject “Data Deletion Request” and include:
- The email address associated with your account
- Confirmation that you are the account owner
We will process the request within 30 days and confirm deletion by email.
§ 03 — What Is Deleted
The following data is deleted within 30 days of your request:
- Account profile and authentication credentials
- All creative assets you uploaded (images, videos)
- All check predictions and analysis results
- Brand calibration data and Meta integration tokens
- Performance breakdown data fetched from Meta
- Usage history and subscription state
What is retained, and why
The following data is retained for compliance or operational reasons:
- Stripe payment records: Retained per Stripe’s policy and applicable tax law (typically 7 years). We do not have control over Stripe’s retention.
- Anonymised aggregate logs: Server logs with personal identifiers removed may be retained for security analysis. These cannot be linked back to your account.
- Legal compliance records: If required by law, court order, or active investigation, certain records may be retained for the duration of the legal requirement.
§ 04 — Meta Disconnection
If you have connected Meta but want to disconnect without deleting your account:
- Sign in to your integrations page
- Click “Disconnect Meta” next to the connected account
- All Meta-related data (performance breakdowns, calibration data) is automatically deleted within 90 days
Your Ad Atelier account remains active. Predictions revert to the baseline (non-calibrated) reading.
§ 05 — Effect of Deletion
After deletion:
- Your account becomes inaccessible immediately
- Active subscriptions are canceled (no further charges)
- You may register a new account with the same email after 30 days, but historical data cannot be recovered
- Any in-progress refunds or disputes will be resolved separately via Stripe

Ad Atelier complies with applicable data protection laws including GDPR (EEA/UK) and similar frameworks elsewhere. If you are unsatisfied with our response, you may file a complaint with your local data protection authority.
