Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Ad Atelier. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.

§ 01 — The Service

Ad Atelier is a Stage 1 prediction tool for Meta advertising. It reads ad creatives and predicts which audience pool Meta’s algorithm will route them to. The service is provided “as is” and we make no guarantees about prediction accuracy, conversion rates, or ad performance outcomes.

§ 02 — Eligibility

To use Ad Atelier, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Provide accurate registration information
  • Use the service for legitimate advertising-related purposes
  • Comply with all applicable laws and Meta’s advertising policies

§ 03 — Subscriptions and Payment

Tiers and pricing

Ad Atelier offers tiered subscriptions billed monthly. Current pricing is published on our Commitments page. Prices may change with at least 30 days notice.

Free trial

New accounts receive a 7-day trial period. No credit card is required to begin. At the end of the trial, you may select a paid plan or your account will become read-only.

Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. You authorise us to charge your payment method automatically until you cancel.

Refunds

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers. After 14 days, monthly subscriptions are non-refundable, but you may cancel at any time and your access continues through the end of the current billing period.

Cancellation

You may cancel anytime from your settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

§ 04 — Fair Use

The Brand and Agency tiers offer “unlimited within fair use” readings:

  • Brand tier: Fair use threshold of 500 readings per month; hard limit at 750
  • Agency tier: Fair use threshold of 1,500 readings per month (combined across brands); hard limit at 2,250

Accounts that consistently exceed fair use may be invited to upgrade to the appropriate tier, or have their access temporarily limited.

§ 05 — User Content

You retain ownership of all creative assets, ad copy, and other content you upload (“User Content”). By uploading, you grant Ad Atelier a limited license to:

  • Process your content through our prediction engine
  • Store your content securely for your future access
  • Generate anonymised, aggregate insights that improve the service for all users (no individual brand data is exposed)

You represent that you have the right to upload all User Content and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.

§ 06 — Prohibited Uses

You may not:

  • Use the service for illegal purposes or to violate any laws
  • Upload content that infringes others’ intellectual property, contains malware, or violates Meta’s advertising policies
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or bypass technical limitations
  • Resell, redistribute, or grant unauthorised access to the service
  • Use automated systems to abuse free trials or fair use limits
  • Interfere with the service’s operation or other users’ use

Violation may result in account suspension or termination without refund.

§ 07 — Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages (Vercel, Anthropic, Stripe, Meta), or other circumstances may cause temporary unavailability. We are not liable for losses arising from service interruption.

§ 08 — Third-Party Services

Ad Atelier integrates with third-party services. Your use of these services is governed by their own terms:

§ 09 — Intellectual Property

Ad Atelier and its content (excluding User Content), including software, designs, text, and logos, are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works without permission.

§ 10 — Disclaimers

Ad Atelier is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We specifically disclaim:

  • Any guarantee that predictions will be accurate
  • Any guarantee about ad performance, conversion rates, or ROAS
  • Any guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Any responsibility for decisions made based on our predictions

Predictions are advisory tools. You remain responsible for your advertising strategy and outcomes.

§ 11 — Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of Ad Atelier is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or USD $100, whichever is greater.

We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages, including lost profits or ad spend losses.

§ 12 — Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your access ceases and your data is handled per the Privacy Policy.

§ 13 — Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified via email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

§ 14 — Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of New York, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, exclusive jurisdiction is in the state and federal courts located in New York, USA.
